Retrofit Lighting Control Interface Provides Control Application

for Distance Learning Centers and Boardrooms

To bolster an already strong, lighting control offering for distance learning and boardroom applications, AMX Corporation (Nasdaq:AMXC), developer of advanced control system technology, is working in conjunction with Lutron Electronics Co. Inc., to provide lighting control automation. This joint solution provides dealers with a lighting retrofit for the control interface, making it possible for distance learning centers and boardrooms to enjoy full lighting control automation where it was not previously available.

Every day, manufacturers worldwide join AMX to help create seamless, fully integrated control systems and applications. Together with the Lutron Radia Touch box and a smart port on the AMX NetLinx Control System, AMX is able to provide the Radia Touch system with a TCPIP interface. With the TCPIP interface, it is possible to retrofit distance learning centers and boardrooms with full lighting control automation.
