AMVAC Chemical Corporation.

John Orr joins AMVAC Chemical Corporation, Newport Beach, Calif., as product development specialist for the company's northern region, based in Boise, Idaho. Previously, Orr was a research and development scientist for Syngenta Crop Protection Inc., responsible for potato and small grains products in Idaho and Oregon. He has held numerous technical service and R&D positions with Syngenta over the past 20 years.
