AMTROL President Beretta to retire.


WEST WARWICK, R.I.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 1, 1995--AMTROL Inc. announced today that David Beretta be·ret·ta or ber·ret·ta

, the company's vice chairman and president has indicated his intent to retire as president effective May 31, 1996.

He will remain on the company's Board of Directors and its Executive Committee. A special committee of the Board has been formed to identify Beretta's successor.

Beretta, 67, has been AMTROL's president and chief operating officer Chief Operating Officer (COO)

A company spokesman said that the search process was well underway and several candidates for the president's position have already been interviewed.
