Larry T. Guillemette has been appointed Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Guillemette joined AMTROL in September 1998 as Executive Vice President-Marketing & Business Development. Prior to joining AMTROL, Mr. Guillemette was President & CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board. of Balcrank Products Inc. and previously held senior financial management positions with two New York based investment firms. Dailey has been appointed Vice President-Finance & Corporate Controller. Mr. Dailey joined AMTROL in April 1999 as Vice President International. He previously held senior management positions in Trailmobile Inc. Paul Kawa has been promoted to the position of Vice President-Finance & Controller for AMTROL Inc.'s North American business unit. Mr. Kawa joined AMTROL in 1998 as Director, Financial Planning and Reporting, then was promoted to Director of Finance & Controller in 1999. Prior to joining AMTROL, Mr. Kawa was Manager, Internal Audit for A.T. Cross Co., and previously held senior financial positions with Rhode Island Hospital Rhode Island Hospital is a private, not-for-profit hospital located in Providence, Rhode Island.
