) announced today it has executed a five-year exclusive agreement to provide mortgage services to Worldwide Diversified Funding, Inc; a financial outreach headed by Minister Terry Brewer of Fort Pierce Fort Pierce, city (1990 pop. 36,830), seat of St. Lucie co., SE Fla., on Indian River (a lagoon; part of the Intracoastal Waterway); settled in the 1860s around a fort; inc. 1901 as a city. . Over the five-year term, the relationship is expected to produce millions of dollars of additional mortgage sales for AMSE's subsidiary, Jupiter Mortgage Corporation.

The agreement calls for Minister Brewer to partner with AMSE's Jupiter Mortgage Corporation platform to provide forward and reverse mortgage products to his Florida based organization. Minister Brewer stated, "This agreement will give us the mechanism necessary to help our constituents become homeowners or otherwise improve the quality of their lives. Now we will be able to assist others who normally would be lost in the system."

Commissioner of the Fort Pierce Housing Authority and member of the Saint Lucie County Chamber of Commerce Dr. Mark C Leath said, "I support the agreement of Worldwide Diversified Funding, Inc. and America's Senior Financial Services, Inc. Any product or service which is available to increase lending to underserved segments of our community deserves our attention and endorsement. The upside of this agreement is huge for our community."

Minister Brewer has been affiliated with the Fort Pierce Church of Christ for 25 years and is well known for his leadership of the minority communities in Fort Pierce and neighboring Port St. Lucie. For the past five years he has hosted a weekly radio show that is heard by an estimated 30,000 listeners. He has donated to many charitable causes, and is considered to be a prominent member of the Fort Pierce community.
