Business Editors

JUPITER, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 25, 2003

Company Management Discusses Recent Interest Rate Activity and

the Opportunity That Exists for Continued Growth

America's Senior Financial Services, Inc. (OTCBB OTCBB

See OTC Bulletin Board (OTCBB).
:AMSE AMSE American Museum of Science & Energy (Tennessee)
AMSE Aircraft Maintenance Support Equipment (Canadian Forces)
AMSE Advanced Mass Sender Enterprise
) has conducted a preliminary review of un-audited results for the quarter ending 9/30/03. Gross Revenues should reach $2.5 million, equal to the same period 2002 and well ahead of $1.9 million reported for the same period 2001. This should be the 3rd largest quarter in the Company's history and is significant in light of recent increases in Interest Rates and current Industry slow down in mortgage loan origination. For the full year ending 12/31/03, the Company expects Gross Revenues to climb past $10 million compared to $8.2 million for the full year 2002. At $10 million, this increase would be +22% over 2002.

Third quarter earnings may be slightly less than the same period 2002, primarily due to delays the Company encountered in launching its bulk sales effort. The Company is resolving the delays. However, the Company expects the full year 2003 Net Income to improve by $1 million dollars or more. At 6/30/03 the Company reported bottom line improvement of +$1,139,790, earning $45,957 versus a loss of $1,185,747 for the same period 2002. A more definitive estimate for the full year 2003 will be available after the Company releases its third quarter 10Q.

Michael Buono, AMSE President stated: "These results are significant in light of recent changes in Interest Rates and the current industry wide slow down in loan origination. AMSE and its subsidiaries are relationship driven and are less affected than those who built their businesses on refinance activity. We strive to maintain growth through superior personal service and product diversification."

Regarding recent Interest Rate activity: AMSE CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board.  Nelson Locke reported that "Although mortgage rates have risen somewhat, they remain within 1% of their 40 year historical low. They seem to have stabilized. Recently Federal Reserve Chairman Alan Greenspan Alan Greenspan

Dr. Greenspan is Chairman of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System. Dr. Greenspan also serves as Chairman of the Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC), the Fed's principal monetary policymaking body.
indicated the outlook for the U.S. economy is somewhat uncertain and deflation remains a concern. As a result, the Fed indicated that rates should remain stable for the next three to six months. This should encourage continued strong new housing starts. Since AMSE focuses on home purchases, our growth rate should outperform those lenders that have historically relied upon refinance activity. And those consumers that have been "sitting on the fence" will rush in to purchase homes if rates begin to rise again. We'll be there to capture their business."

Effective October 1st, the Company's name will change to AMSTAR AMSTAR Advanced Multispectral Simulation, Test, Acceptance Resource  FINANCIAL SERVICES, Inc. This name better reflects the diversified nature of the Company's business plan which creates revenues from four distinct business platforms, reducing the Company's dependence on any one sector of the Mortgage Lending Industry.
