AMS Tech Enhances Product Line With New TravelPro 106 CS/CT and 1960 CS/CT.


IRWINDALE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 24, 1997--Defining a new standard for feature-packed value-priced notebook computers, AMS AMS - Andrew Message System  Tech Thursday announced the addition of the TravelPro 106 CS/CT and TravelPro 1960 CS/CT to its award-winning TravelPro series.

Based on the 166 MHz (MegaHertZ) One million cycles per second. It is used to measure the transmission speed of electronic devices, including channels, buses and the computer's internal clock. The TravelPro 1960 has an estimated street price of $2,595 DSTN and $2,995 TFT. Both models carry AMS Tech's three-year parts and labor warranty, are currently shipping, and will be sold through dealers, distributors and VARs.
