AMS Services Acquires InStar Corporation.


BOTHELL, Wash. -- AMS AMS - Andrew Message System  Services announced today that it has acquired InStar INSTAR. Likeness; resemblance; equivalent as, instar dentium, like teeth; instar omnium, equivalent to all.  Corporation, a Washington-based developer of fully integrated agency management solutions for both retail and wholesale/MGA insurance industry segments.

AMS will maintain an office in Kennewick, Washington Kennewick is a city in Benton County in southeastern Washington. It is the most populous of the three cities collectively referred to as the Tri-Cities (the others being Pasco and Richland).  and will continue to provide service and support for InStar customers.
