AMS SELECTS CENTURA'S FORESITE; AMS Includes ForeSite Integration Server for New Web Applications Development Labs.

MENLO PARK, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 3, 1997--Centura Software Corporation (NASDAQ: CNTR), today announced that American Management Systems (AMS) (NASDAQ: AMSY) has selected Centura's ForeSite 2.0 Integration Server to migrate, integrate and scale several internal applications to the AMS Intranet.

AMS will also demonstrate these applications and the ForeSite product suite at its new Web applications development lab in Atlanta, Georgia. ForeSite is the first Integration Server environment that leverages past investments in software and people, combines them with new Web content and scales to meet the unpredictable nature of doing business on the Web.
