) today announced January month-end results of its customer acquisition program, totaling 8,742 new associates and preferred customers, an increase of 8% over 8,113 new associates and preferred customers in December. AMS Health Sciences has increasingly focused on expanding its base of new associates, who are geared to generate increased sales and customers for the Company. As a result, new sales associate autoships totaled 1,794, a 67% increase over December new sales associate autoships of 1,076. Customer acquisition autoships decreased in January by 1% to 6,948 from 7,037 in December. Total sales for January were approximately $1.3 million, a 7% decrease over December sales of approximately $1.4 million.

Since launching its new customer acquisition campaign on March 6, 2004, new sales associates and preferred customers have been added as follows: 3,516 in March; 3,732 in April; 4,778 in May; 5,143 in June; 6,522 in July; 8,751 in August, 10,227 in September, 13,592 in October, 10,587 in November; 8,113 in December and 8,742 in January 2005. "Our new customer acquisition program, which we launched nearly a year ago, has brought us 83,703 new sales associate and customer autoships over the past eleven months, a seven-fold increase over year-ago levels. This continues to be a very successful program for ramping up our 2005 revenues. Sales associate sign ups continued to show robust month-over-month growth in January, while revenues were down slightly due to a slow December resulting from the holiday season. With the holidays behind us, we expect solid February results as well as robust revenue growth over the rest of fiscal 2005," stated Mr. David D'Arcangelo, President of AMS Health Sciences.
