AMS Health Sciences Recruitment and Sales Rebound In February; Further Growth Expected from Product and Program Enhancements.

OKLAHOMA CITY -- AMS Health Sciences, Inc. (AMEX:AMM) today announced that the Company has begun to experience a rebound in sales signups of its FREE Trial customer acquisition program in the first half of February.

"We are pleased to announce that field activity so far in February indicates that we are beginning to ramp up month-to-month sales activity. We are making changes and enhancements to the FREE Trial program to increase both customer retention and the quality of business written. Our goal is to be back up over 10,000 new signups in March with continued growth through 2005. In fiscal 2004, between March when we first launched our program, through December, our total number of customers and associates increased nearly an average of 8-fold per month, compared to year-ago levels," stated AMS Health Sciences President Mr. David D'Arcangelo.

"Our recruitment strategy, through offering a FREE Trial Program, is truly groundbreaking. This strategy, although used very successfully by marketers in other industries, has to date only been implemented by AMS in the network marketing industry. The Company also reported it is currently working on formulations to enhance its current products including developing next-generation versions of its top selling products.
