), today announced a net loss for the first quarter 2005 of $1.3 million, or $(0.19) per common (diluted) share, on 7.0 million shares outstanding, compared to net income of $54,068, or $0.01 per common (diluted) share, on 8.0 million shares outstanding in the first quarter of 2004.
