AMS Adds Six New Carriers To TransactNOW, Surpassing the 50 Carrier Mark in Record Time.

AMS Services today announced the total number of TransactNOW(TM) carrier partners has exceeded 50, with the recent addition of six new carriers for a total of 52 carriers. In less than two years, insurance carriers of all sizes have embraced TransactNOW.

TransactNOW enables all AMS customers to process business with their carriers using a real-time single-entry workflow direct from their management system. In addition to rapidly growing the number of carriers, AMS continues to work with carriers to grow functionality. The focus for year one was service transactions (inquiries, endorsements, and instant Web site sign-on via Carrier Passport). Year 2 then saw the addition of sales transactions (quote requests and new business issue transactions), which several carriers are now using, for both personal and commercial lines.
