AMRI Announces Resignation of John Fallone; Donald Kuhla, Ph.D. Named Organichem President.

) announced today that John Fallone has tendered his resignation from his position as CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board.  and president of Organichem Corporation. During the next few months, Mr. Fallone will continue to work and assist with the integration process to facilitate an efficient and orderly orderly /or·der·ly/ (or´der-le) an attendant in a hospital who works under the direction of a nurse.

Concurrently, AMRI has appointed Executive Vice President Donald E. Kuhla, Ph.D. to serve as president of Organichem.

In his resignation, Fallone cited a desire to spend more time with his family and a desire to pursue other interests in the community, possibly through charitable work and other endeavors. Fallone also stated that he truly enjoyed being an entrepreneur and may pursue similar opportunities in the future.

"I am leaving with a great sense of pride and accomplishment, and with full confidence in the abilities of the management team we built at Organichem and the management team at AMRI to guide our business for the future," said John Fallone. "I can't think of a group of managers better suited to take over the helm than the current leadership at AMRI."

Fallone continued, "It has been a pleasure to work with the many talented and dedicated employees at Organichem and to watch them grow.
