), builder of new communities and international distributor of magazines, today announced results for the third quarter and nine months ended Jan. 31, 1995.

Revenues for the third quarter totaled $37,960,000 compared with $31,382,000 reported for the third quarter last year. Net profit for the quarter was $1,175,000, or 16 cents per share Cents per share
