AMR Leader Datamatic Captures 2007 Celebration of Enterprise Award.

PLANO, Texas -- Datamatic, Ltd. was named "Enterprise of the Year" during the Celebration of Enterprise 2007 awards banquet on September 26, 2007, in Plano, Texas. Datamatic captured the award for the category of companies earning between $10 and $50 million in revenues. Datamatic has been a leading utility technology partner since 1980 and supports nearly 500 customers worldwide.

To be considered for the award, a private company must have its headquarters in Collin County, be financially successful and have met a need in the marketplace even though it required taking a risk. Finalists undergo an extensive review with the winners in four classes announced at a luncheon at the Plano Centre.
