"Significant increases in S,G&A expenses during the first six months of fiscal 1996 have had a negative impact on net income. For the second quarter of fiscal 1996, S,G&A expenses increased 33% compared to the prior year, while for the six month period ended Dec. 31, 1995, S,G&A expenses were up 30%. "The higher S,G&A expenses when compared to fiscal 1995 reflect greater costs related to an increase in the number of sales professionals, higher general expenses related to the expansion and higher lease related expenses. As a percent of revenue, S,G&A was relatively flat at 6.7% for the first six months, compared to 6.6% in the prior year."
