For the six months ended June 30, 1995, Ampal reported net income of $2,587,000, equal to $.09 per Class A Share, compared to net income of $3,175,000, equal to $.12 per Class A Share, for the six months ended June 30, 1994.

Revenues for the three months ended June 30, 1995, were $19,869,000, compared to $17,371,000 for the same period in 1994. Revenues for the first six months of 1995 were $39,478,000, compared with $37,546,000 in the same period last year.

Ampal and its subsidiaries acquire interests in businesses located in the State of Israel or that are Israel-related. An important objective of Ampal is to make investments in companies which take advantage of growth in Israel's domestic economy.
