POCATELLO, Idaho--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 29, 2003

) announced today that it has issued $200 million of 10.75 percent senior subordinated notes maturing on February 1, 2013.

The notes were issued in a private placement and are expected to be resold by the initial purchasers to qualified institutional buyers under Rule 144A Rule 144A
