) Company, announced that due to unprecedented increases in tungsten costs, a surcharge on all tungsten bearing materials shipped to customers in North America is in effect July 1, 2005.

The surcharge will be calculated utilizing the prior month's APT market price (converted to a price per pound for tungsten) less a $5.00 per pound floor and will be included in the fabrication charges to each customer of these tungsten bearing materials. Tungsten and tungsten carbide materials are strategic elements in the refractory contact materials produced by AMI Doduco and have wide ranging applications in residential and industrial electrical systems.
