AMI DODUCO, a Technitrol (NYSE:TNL) Company, announced that with the successful completion of registration audits during the fourth quarter of 2003 at facilities in Italy and the Peoples Republic of China, all 11 of its plants around the world are now officially registered according to the ISO 9001:2000 standard.
