BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. -- AMHN, Inc., (OTCBB: AMHN), parent company of America's Minority Health Network, Inc., will begin trading today under the symbol "AMHN" on the OTC Bulletin Board. America's Minority Health Network, Inc. is a development stage corporation that provides direct-to consumer television programming to subscribing medical offices that serve African-Americans and other minorities. The network digitally delivers updated healthcare segments and advertising in high definition, directly to the waiting rooms of subscribing offices.

AMHN, Inc. (f/k/a Croff Enterprises, Inc.) closed an Agreement and Plan of Reorganization in July with America's Minority Health Network through which the network became a subsidiary of AMHN, Inc. and the board of directors and officers of the Company were reconstituted.
