Brennan has been named Senior Vice President. Mr. Brennan is responsible for coordinating the Company's new investment activities, a primary component of AMG's growth strategy. AMG has invested in 15 investment management firms (Affiliates), which collectively managed over $90 billion in assets at March 31, 2000.
