) will redeem all of its outstanding floating rate senior convertible securities due 2033 ("COBRAs") on February 25, 2008. In lieu of redemption, holders of the COBRAs may elect to convert their COBRAs at any time before the close of business on February 21, 2008 in accordance with conversion provisions of the Indenture dated February 25, 2003 governing the COBRAs.
