AMG Announces New Distribution With South Paw.

Elite Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB:ETCH) announced today its wholly subsidiary, AMG, Ltd. has signed distribution agreement with South Paw Communications, Inc. to distribute AMG's internet kiosks on a national basis. Also, South Paw will being deploying units to the Bahamas to several hotels and casinos.

AMG, a company based in the Atlanta area providing internet kiosks to the hotel, airport, entertainment and other industries, uses a unique system to provide internet access to its clients. The kiosks, which allow the user to browse the internet, retrieve email, and other internet based activities on a pay by minute basis, uses a proprietary software system developed and owned by AMG.

Randy Ragsdale, President of AMG, Ltd. said, "South Paw has distributed payphones in the past, and are very enthusiastic that the national roll out will be successful, targeting hotels, sports bars, and other entertainment establishments."

Elite Technologies already provides internet services through Elitetech.Com, which provides web hosting, web development, and e-commerce services on the internet. Elite's other two divisions, Elite Integration and Workstream Staffing provide custom software development, integration and implementation, and technical staffing augmentation services.

Elite Technologies is also an integration and reseller of Eastman Software and a premier partner with Hewlett Packard. Products through Eastman include document imaging, workflow and COLD (Computer Output to Laser Disc).
