) held its Annual Meeting of Stockholders today. At that meeting, Sean M. Healey, President and Chief Operating Officer Chief Operating Officer (COO)

, was elected to the Board of Directors of AMG and each of the other Directors of the Company was re-elected for another term.

Mr. Healey joined the Company in 1995 as Executive Vice President and in 1999 became President and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining AMG, Mr. Healey was a Vice President in the Mergers and Acquisitions Department at Goldman, Sachs & Co. focusing on financial institutions. Mr. Healey received a J.D. from Harvard Law School Harvard Law School (colloquially, Harvard Law or HLS) is one of the professional graduate schools of Harvard University. Located in Cambridge, Massachusetts, Harvard Law is considered one of the most prestigious law schools in the United States. , an M.A. from University College, Dublin and an A.B. from Harvard College Harvard College is the undergraduate section and oldest school of Harvard University, founded in 1636 by the Massachusetts Legislature. The College is instructed by the Faculty of Arts and Sciences, which also instructs the Harvard Graduate School of Arts and Sciences. .

At the Directors Meeting, which followed the Stockholders Meeting, each of Seth W. Brennan, Senior Vice President, New Investments, Darrell W. Crate, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and Nathaniel Dalton, Senior Vice President, Affiliate Development and General Counsel, was promoted to Executive Vice President. "While Seth, Darrell and Nate will continue in their existing roles, these promotions reflect the ongoing development of our senior management team as AMG continues to grow," said Mr. Healey.
