AMFM Names Kim Dziabis Senior Vice President of Sales for Philadelphia.

PHILADELPHIA &DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 10, 2000

AMFM Inc. (NYSE:AFM) elevated Kim Dziabis to the newly created position of Senior Vice President of Sales for the Company's Philadelphia station group, it was announced today by John Fullam, AMFM's Eastern Region Executive Vice President. The appointment is effective immediately.

Reporting directly to Andrew Rosen, AMFM's Eastern Regional Sales Vice President, and working closely with the market's individual station General Sales Managers and the Chancellor Marketing Group, Ms. Dziabis will direct the cluster's overall sales strategy, overseeing all aspects of inventory control, key client relationships and sales personnel recruitment and development.

Ms. Dziabis was elevated to Senior Vice President of Sales for AMFM's Philadelphia station group after serving as the market's Director of Marketing and Sales.

Ms. Dziabis brings over 20 years of radio broadcasting industry experience to her new position. Prior to this appointment, Ms. Dziabis served as General Sales Manager at market-leading WDAS-AM/FM for three years. Prior to WDAS, Ms. Dziabis was National Sales Manager for Greater Media's WPEN/WMGK in Philadelphia. Between 1980 and 1992, she served in a variety of positions at the highly regarded WRMM-AM/FM in Rochester, starting first as Local Sales Manager before her promotion to General Sales Manager and later to General Manager. She began her radio career in 1980 as an Account Executive and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from St. John Fisher College.
