Jim Higgins (born 4 May 1945 in Ballyhaunis, County Mayo) is an Irish politician who has served as a member of Seanad Éireann, Dáil Éireann and the European Parliament. to the newly created position of Regional Vice President, Sales for the Company's Pacific Star and Gulfstar regions, it was announced today by Jim Donahoe, Senior Vice President, Regional Operations.
