The appointments are effective immediately.

Reporting directly to each market's Regional Vice President of Operations, the Cluster Vice Presidents will have ultimate responsibility for each AMFM station in their station group, with a primary emphasis on maximizing the cluster opportunity through top-line growth, ratings performance, expense control and the recruitment of on-air talent and operations personnel.

Mick Anselmo

Mr. Anselmo, a 21-year broadcast industry veteran, currently serves as Vice President and General Manager of KEEY-FM, KQQL-FM, KFAN-AM and KFXN-AM in Minneapolis, a position he has held since 1996. From 1993 through 1996, Mr. Anselmo was Vice President and General Manager of KEEY-FM, then owned by Shamrock shamrock, a plant with leaves composed of three leaflets. According to legend it was used by St. Patrick in explaining the doctrine of the Trinity; it is now used as the emblem of Ireland. An artificial or real shamrock leaf is customarily worn on St. Patrick's Day.  Broadcasting, and KFAN-AM in the Twin Cities. Mr. Bieler, a 29-year radio broadcasting veteran, most recently served as the Vice President and General Manager of KTXQ-FM in Dallas, which after switching formats from Rock to Jammin' Oldies Oldies is a generic term commonly used to describe a radio format that usually concentrates on Top 40 music from the '50s, '60s and '70s.

Oldies are typically from R&B, pop and rock music genres.

Mr. Bieler previously served as Vice President and General Manager for AMFM's KOOL-FM/AM in Phoenix and WMZQ-AM/FM in Washington D.C. Jake Karger

Ms. Karger, a 28-year radio broadcasting industry veteran, currently serves as Senior Vice President and General Manager of WXKS-FM/AM in Boston, a position she has held since 1996, having previously served as its Director of Sales between 1980 - 1984. Prior to this position, she served as the Vice President of Sales and Development for Evergreen Media, a predecessor company to AMFM. Her other experience includes four years as an independent consultant (1991-1995), five years as co-owner and operating executive of Federal Communications Corp. (1985-1990) and nine years advancing through various sales, marketing and promotion positions with WPLJ-FM in New York New York, state, United States

Mr. Woods has previously held a number of radio broadcasting executive positions including President of the Radio Marketing Group and Vice President of Radio for Nationwide Communications Nationwide Communications Inc. was a media subsidiary of the Nationwide Insurance Company, which operated from 1946 until 1997. Based in Columbus, Ohio, Nationwide Communications owned and operated a variety of radio and television stations across the United States until it sold , which owned stations in 12 of the top 25 markets. His station management experience includes General Manager positions at WHTZ-FM `Z100' in New York, which became one of the most successful contemporary hit radio “CHR” redirects here.
