WHAT:        Aircraft Mechanics Fraternal Association (AMFA) Local
             33 will hold a rally to press the State of Minnesota for
             unemployment benefits and re-training to help them
             re-enter the workforce and contribute again to
             Minnesota's economy.

WHERE:       State Capitol Rotunda

WHEN:        Noon on Monday, February 20, 2006

WHO:         Feature speakers will include AMFA Local 33 President
