AMFA Local 5 Will Move to Disrupt Detroit-Bound CSX Railroad Traffic at Toledo Yard in Legal Secondary Strike.

WHAT: Aircraft Mechanics Fraternal Association (AMFA) Local 5,
    Detroit, and supporters will attempt to disrupt Detroit-bound CSX
    railroad traffic at the Stanley Yard in Toledo, Ohio, which
    funnels a large volume of traffic bound for Southeast Michigan and
    especially for the Conrail Detroit Shared Asset Area now co-owned
    by the CSX and Norfolk Southern railroads. AMFA officials will
    hold a press conference at the Toledo yard. A secondary strike of
    this kind is legal under the Railway Labor Act that governs labor
    relations in both the airline and railroad industries.

WHERE: CSX Union Street and Stanley Yard.

WHEN: Tuesday, September 6, 2005. At noon Eastern time, AMFA members
    and supporters will depart for the Toledo yard from Romulus, MI.
    At 3:00 p.m. ET, AMFA will hold a press conference at the Toledo
    yard.

WHO: The press conference will feature AMFA Local 5 President Bob Rose
    and other speakers.
