AMF Daily Planner & PIM is an easy-to-use personal information manager offering complete appointment scheduling, full contact management, a sophisticated task manager, and much more. It integrates well over your existing network and allows schedule and contact sharing.

The new version offers a whole host of new features including an updated interface, full network and Internet compliance, a new efficient file format, better scheduling capabilities, day, work week, week, monthly and yearly calendar views, and much more. The scheduling system will automatically alert you to new events either through an on-screen reminder or via an automatic e-mail. You can also set custom alarms with special sounds and notification options.

With AMF Daily Planner & PIM, events such as anniversaries and birthdays are impossible to forget with numerous reminder methods, inclusion on the calendar, and e-mails prior to the event. The contact management part of the program allows storage of more than 25 items per contact including five phone numbers and two user-customizable fields --all in a Rolodex(TM)-style interface. The program even lets you store notes and information tidbits, fully organized and easily accessible.

The PIM offers a multitude of features making it easy to dial the phone, fax documents using any fax software package, log incoming and outgoing phone calls, create business letters, and schedule appointments. It's easy to create envelopes and labels with multiple fonts and colors. The program is fully network-able allowing you to open and view a colleague's data or simply share a company-wide contact directory.
