AMETEK Adds Technology for Ceramic Components to Its Microelectronic Packaging Business.

:AME See AIT. ) today announced that it has added the technology for ceramic components to its microelectronics packaging business with the acquisition of General Ceramics, a privately owned manufacturer of highly engineered hermetic hermetic /her·met·ic/ (her-met´ik) impervious to air.
