AMERITECH OPERATOR SERVICES OFFERED TO MIDWESTERN HOSPITALS.

Carnegie International Corporation, Inc. (OTCBB:CGYC), a computer telephone and Internet support holding company, said today that its Federation of Associated Heath Systems, Inc., subsidiary has contracted with Ameritech(R) to provide operator services for hospitals in their five state region.

Lowell Farkas, president of Carnegie, said Federation will serve hospitals in Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio and Wisconsin through Ameritech. Ameritech is a premier provider of communications services in the Upper Midwest, with nearly 20 million business and residential customers and more than 22 million access lines.

"There are 785 hospitals in the region, with more than 115,000 beds," said Farkas. "We believe the unique blend of Ameritech quality and Federation expertise has a profit potential in excess of $4.5 million annually in the Midwest, and aim to achieve a 20 percent penetration in the market over the next year."

Acquired this spring, Federation was founded in 1989. Based in San Antonio, Texas, it is endorsed and preferred by numerous state hospital associations. The Federation currently serves more than 700 hospitals with telecommunications services, primarily in 0+/- call auditing and international one-plus sectors, and prior to gaining Ameritech distribution rights, estimated revenues of $4 million for the current fiscal year.
