AMERICAN ONCOLOGY RESOURCES EXPANDS NETWORK TO TENTH STATE.

 Resources, Inc. (Nasdaq: AORI AORI Airfield Obstruction Reduction Initiative ) today announced it had completed a transaction with the James River James River

River in the U.S. rising in central North Dakota and flowing southeast across South Dakota. It joins the Missouri River about 5 mi (8 km) below Yankton after a course of 710 mi (1,140 km).

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The transaction includes a management services agreement under which American Oncology Resources will manage the operations of the James River Clinic, purchase non-medical assets, assume non-medical liabilities and assist the Clinic in new practice development.

The James River Clinic transaction brings to 95 the total number of oncologists who are managed by American Oncology Resources. These physicians represent thirteen oncology group practices, serving patients in ten states.
