AMERICAN ONCOLOGY ENTERS 13TH STATE ADDING NORTHERN FLORIDA ONCOLOGY GROUP; National Network Expands to 136 Physicians, 58 Sites of Service, 24 Practices.

HOUSTON, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 27, 1995--American Oncology Resources, Inc. (Nasdaq:AORI) today announced it has completed a transaction with an oncology practice providing medical oncology services in northern Florida. North Florida Hematology & Oncology Associates is a four physician oncology practice providing medical oncology and hematology services in Jacksonville, Florida.

This transaction includes a management services agreement under which AOR will manage the operations of the practice and assist the group in new practice development, as well as agreements under which AOR has purchased the non-medical assets and assumed the non-medical liabilities of the practice. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
