) today announced results for the third quarter and nine months ended September September: see month.  30, 1995.

Revenues for the third quarter ended September 30, 1995 were $9,187,000 compared to revenues of $9,102,000 reported in the third quarter of fiscal 1994. For the period, the Company reported a net loss of $188,000, or $0.02 per share, compared to a net loss of $192,000, or $0.02 per share, for the same period of 1994.

Revenues for the nine months ended September 30, 1995 were $28,253,000 compared to revenues of $27,680,000 reported for the nine month period in 1994. For the period, the Company reported a net loss before extraordinary item of $562,000, or $0.06 per share, compared to a net loss before extraordinary item of $785,000, or $0.08 per share, in the same period of 1994.
