) today announced results for the second quarter and six-months ended June June: see month.  30, 1995.

Revenues for the second quarter ended June 30, 1995 were $9,708,000 compared to revenues of $9,370,000 reported in the second quarter of fiscal 1994. For the 1995 period, the Company reported a net loss of $92,000, or $0.01 per share, compared to a loss before extraordinary item of $249,000, or $0.02 per share for the same period of 1994.

Revenues for the six months ended June 30, 1995 were $19,066,000 compared to revenues of $18,577,000 reported in the first half of fiscal 1994. For the 1995 period, the Company reported a net loss of $374,000, or $0.04 per share, compared to a loss before extraordinary item of $593,000 or $0.06 in the same period of 1994.
