) today announced the election of Charles M. Spear to a vacancy on the Board of Directors. Mr. Spear is Chief Financial Officer for Smith Micro Software, Inc. in Aliso Viejo, California Aliso Viejo is a city in Orange County, California, United States. As of the 2000 census, Aliso Viejo population was 40,166. Aliso Viejo became Orange County's 34th city on July 1, 2001, and has been the only city in Orange County to incorporate since 2000. . He is the former Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of Spear Financial Services, Inc., a public company which Mr. Spear founded.

Commenting on Mr. Spear's election, E.
