) today announced the election of Mr. Frank Egger as Chairman of the Board.

Mr. Egger has been a director of the Company since August 1991 and has been active in connection with the Company's acquisition and financing efforts. Mr. Egger practiced as a CPA (Computer Press Association, Landing, NJ) An earlier membership organization founded in 1983 that promoted excellence in computer journalism. Its annual awards honored outstanding examples in print, broadcast and electronic media. The CPA disbanded in 2000.  with the firm of Coopers & Lybrand before joining Kovens Enterprises in 1980. Since the recent death of Cal Kovens, Mr. Egger has joined Roz Kovens in the formation of Kovens & Associates, Inc., a real estate development and investment company in Miami, Florida. Roz Kovens was also elected to a vacancy on the Board of Directors. In addition to being President of Kovens & Associates, Inc., she is a founder of Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami, Florida and a member of the Board of Governors of Tel Aviv University Tel Aviv University (TAU, אוניברסיטת תל־אביב, את"א) is Israel's largest on-site university. .

Commenting on the elections, E. Larry Atkins, president and chief executive officer of American Health Services Corp., stated "Frank Egger is a very active board member and we are pleased to have him serve the Company as Chairman of the Board.
