AMERICAN EDUCATIONAL PRODUCTS, INC. ANNOUNCES LISTING ON NASD NATIONAL MARKET SYSTEM

 BOULDER, Colo., Nov. 19 ~PRNewswire~ -- American Educational Products, Inc. (NASDAQ: AMEP), announced today that officials of the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) in Washington have informed the company that its application for listing on the National Market System (NMS) has been approved. The company anticipates that its common stock will begin trading on the NMS on Monday, Nov. 23, 1992. The company's common stock will continue to trade and be listed under the symbol AMEP.
 "This action by NASD represents another important milestone for American Educational Products, as the company seeks to increase visibility within the investment community and while improving liquidity for the company shareholders," explained Paul D. Whittle, president and CEO.
 American Educational Products, Inc., with headquarters in Boulder, specializes in the design, manufacture and distribution of mathematic, science and early childhood educational materials. The company's hands- on products, which are known as manipulatives, target the pre-school through high school student population.
