American Eagle (the regional affiliate of American Airlines) announced March 23 it will launch new daily service between Grenada and San Juan, Puerto Rico, beginning May 25. The airline will fly the route until September 8 and will reinstate the service for operation during the higher-demand winter months, said Joel Chusid, vice president of marketing. American Eagle operates 76 roundtrip flights a day between San Juan and 22 Caribbean destinations. Details: Elizabeth Ninomiya or Marty Heires, both of American Eagle, 817-967-1577.
