 AMERICAN BIODYNAMICS ANNOUNCES EXTENSION OF EXCLUSIVE
 MASTER DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT
 TAMPA, Fla., March 18 /PRNewswire/ -- American Biodynamics, Inc. (NASDAQ: BDYNF), today announced a two-year extension of its exclusive master distribution agreement with Pfrimmer-Viggo of Erlangen, Germany, related to the distribution of processed hard and soft tissue products throughout the United States.
 This two-year extension period effectively continues the existing agreement until Dec. 31, 1994. The compamy has been the exclusive U.S. distributor of these products since 1986, and is currently the largest and fastest growing single distributor for Pfrimmer-Viggo.
 John V. Hargiss, president, said, "Management is pleased with the continuing support and confidence of Pfrimmer-Viggo. The application of Pfrimmer-Viggo's patented solvent dehydration process to varying types of tissue has resulted in the development of many new important hard tissue products for use in surgery.
