AMERICA MOVIL.


AMERICA MOVIL, the cellular spin-off of phone giant Telmex, acquired an undisclosed stake in Arbros Communications, a U.S.-based telecommunications firm that targets small- and medium-sized companies. The company will merge with Telmex-owned Comm South, a Dallas-based provider of fixed-line services.
