It moved indoors to its present location in the Wall Street area in 1921. ("AMEX") pursuant to which shares of AMCON's common stock will continue to be listed. AMCON is presently not in compliance with the listing standards of the AMEX because it has failed to file its Form 10-K Form 10-K A report required by the SEC from exchange-listed companies that provides for annual disclosure of certain financial information.
