 based consumer products company is pleased to announce that the 2007 annual meeting of the shareholders will be held on April 17, 2007 in St. Louis, Missouri. The board of directors selected this date as it wanted to ensure that all of the company's public filings were up to date. Additional details will be announced in advance of the meeting.
