ST. PAUL, Minn., July 16 /PRNewswire/ -- AmClyde Engineered Products, Inc. announced the purchase of the assets of the Underwater Fairlead product line from Smith Berger Marine, Inc., Seattle. As a result of the purchase, AmClyde will assume all responsibility for the design, development, sales and manufacturing of the underwater fairleads, including patented Bending Shoe Fairleads. The purchase price was not disclosed.
