She brings into the position over 21 years of experience in not only a broad range of HR disciplines, but also in high-level strategic and business development practice. Kilburn joined AMCC in September of 1996 as the company's Director of Human Resources and worked closely with staff to develop successful human resources programs. Most recently, she was instrumental in integrating human resources policies, procedures and practices between AMCC and Cimaron Communications, following its acquisition in March 1999.

Prior to joining AMCC, she served as Director of Human Resources at Buck Knives in El Cajon, Calif., where she was responsible for establishing a State-funded Total Quality Management training program. Previously, she held human resources management positions at Rohr Industries, Chula Vista, Calif. and Handyman Corp., San Diego.
