AMBI Elects New Board Member.


PURCHASE, N.Y.--(BW Health Wire)--May 19, 1999--

AMBI AMBI Associação Médica Brasileira Iridologia  Inc. (Nasdaq:AMBI) announced that Sander A. Flaum, Chairman and CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board.  of Robert A. Becker, Inc. Euro RSCG Euro RSCG is an advertising agency network with global operations headquartered in New York. It is the main advertising agency network of the French communications group Havas, and is ranked 5th largest network according to Advertising Age Magazine, with over 233 offices in 75 , a well-known healthcare marketing and advertising agency, has been elected to AMBI's Board of Directors.

AMBI's Board consists of seven members, including the Chief Executive Officer and six outside directors.

Mr. Flaum has been CEO of Robert A. Becker for 10 years, previously having served in increasingly responsible management positions at Lederle Laboratories. Robert A. Mr. Flaum is also a member of the Board of Directors of Neopharm Corporation.
