AM-PAC International Inc. (NASDAQ BB:AMPC), a chain restaurant and entertainment center holding company, reported significant growth in the release of their consolidated financial statements for the quarter ended June 30, 1997. In every major category, the company's numbers were up by triple digits or more.

The company's consolidated financial statements show:

-- Net sales increased by $97,915, or 207%, to $145,045 for the

three months ended June 30, 1997, as compared to $47,130 for

the same period in 1996. For the six month period, net sales

were up $152,223, or 180%, to $236,368, as compared to

$84,145 for the same period in 1996.

-- Net income increased by $1,037,267, or 8,295%, to $1,049,772,

for the three months ended June 30, 1997, as compared to

$12,505 for the same period in 1996. For the six month

period, net income was up by $843,135, or 4,049%, to

$863,959, as compared to $20,821 for the same period in 1996.

-- Shareholder equity increased by $1,158,913, or 1,433%, for

the three months ended June 30, 1997, as compared to

$80,832 for the same period in 1996.

-- Assets increased by $896,904, or 163% to a total of

$1,446,772 as of June 30, 1997, as compared to $549,868 as

of June 30, 1996.

-- Earnings per share increased to $.13, or 550%, for the

three months ended June 30, 1997, as compared to $.02 for

the same period in 1996. EPS for the six months ended

June 30, 1997 increased to $.10, or 233%, as compared to

$.03 for the same period in 1996.

The earnings reflect recent franchise sales and the opening of their co-branded 15,000 square foot Captain Tony's and HeadLightZ entertainment complex in Orlando. A substantial part of the earnings were due to a sale of real estate property held by the company.
